While in practice, I primarily focus on criminal and private law, I also provide legal services in the additional areas of law outlined below.

PRIVATE LAW

Private law mainly encompasses situations encountered in everyday life. This involves drafting various contracts (e.g., donation, lease, sale, loan agreements, etc.), resolving divorces and subsequent disputes over child custody or the settlement of marital property, representation in inheritance proceedings, disputes regarding property damage or personal injury, and similar matters.

Considering the everyday nature of these issues, some individuals may choose to draft contracts or legal documents themselves to save money on attorney fees. However, the satisfaction of saving money often fades away when they realize that the ‘bulletproof contract’ from the internet is not as foolproof as expected, especially when the court requests corrections or additions to a lawsuit. Dealing with problems that arise in this way ultimately consumes more energy and money than if they had consulted an attorney from the beginning. Therefore, I recommend at least a brief consultation to prevent such issues.

EMPLOYMENT LAW

The nature of legal services in employment law varies depending on whether the client is an employer or an employee. For employers, it often involves drafting employment contracts, internal regulations, termination notices, or agreements regarding the termination of employment. On the employee’s side, it may include representation in disputes over the invalidity of termination or the payment of owed wages.

COMMERCIAL LAW

Commercial law covers a broad spectrum of relationships governed by the law. In terms of legal services, this includes drafting various contracts (e.g., work contracts, transportation contracts, commission contracts, etc.) and other legal transactions, representing parties in disputes arising from such contracts, as well as disputes over damages. Representation in matters related to securities. In corporate law, it involves preparing legal documents for legal entities or their bodies. In insolvency proceedings, drafting insolvency petitions, asserting creditors’ claims, and representation in incidental disputes, etc.

CRIMINAL LAW

In criminal proceedings, clients may assume different procedural roles. Typically, the services of an attorney are utilized by the accused and the victims.

In criminal proceedings, the accused find themselves in an unequal battle against extremely powerful opponents – law enforcement agencies and the prosecution. Quality defense, ideally from the beginning of the proceedings (or from the moment the client is contacted by law enforcement), is often what can tip the scales in favor of the client.

On the other hand, victims (e.g., those robbed, deceived, or surviving family members) whose interests are usually in direct conflict with those of the accused should not underestimate the complexity of criminal proceedings and the question of asserting their claims.

I also provide legal services in criminal law to legal entities. The legal regulation of criminal liability for legal entities requires them to take measures, before the commission of a criminal offense by any natural person whose actions could be attributed to the legal entity, that may ultimately result in exoneration from criminal liability. This primarily involves the preparation of internal documents, procedures, and training.

ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

Administrative law essentially encompasses all imaginable situations addressed by (administrative) authorities. Proceedings for offenses, construction proceedings, cadastral proceedings, etc.
